Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Voice Studio. Contact the operator at hello@proofof.tech if you have a question about them.

The service

Voice Studio lets you hold voice conversations with AI characters. The service may change, pause, or end as its models and infrastructure evolve.

AI disclosure

All characters are AI. Conversations are generated by machine-learning models. You are talking with a machine, not a person, even when a character uses a human name, image, or conversational style.

Who may use the service

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding agreement. Before using the studio, you must explicitly confirm your age and accept the current Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping access to your email secure.

Acceptable use

Do not use the service to break the law, threaten or exploit people, create sexual content involving minors, violate privacy or intellectual-property rights, distribute malware, automate abuse, evade usage controls, or interfere with the service. Do not present generated output as professional medical, legal, or financial advice.

Subscriptions and credits

A subscription includes the allowance shown at purchase. Unused subscription allowance expires at the end of its billing period and does not roll over. Purchased top-up credits do not expire. Promotional credits expire after the validity period disclosed with the promotion. Prices, taxes, renewal terms, and included usage appear before purchase. Credits are not cash, cannot be transferred, and have no cash-redemption value.

Payments and refunds

Subscriptions and top-ups are non-refundable except where mandatory law requires a remedy or where the operator corrects an erroneous charge for service that could not be delivered. Canceling a subscription stops future renewal and does not extend its current allowance. The separate Refund Policy forms part of these terms.

Suspension and termination

You may stop using the service at any time and can start self-service account deletion from account settings. Account deletion requires an active authenticated session and a short-lived, single-use link sent to the account email. The operator may suspend or terminate an account that violates these terms, creates security or legal risk, or threatens service availability.

Reports and safety evidence

You may report an assistant response from its conversation. The service preserves the selected assistant turn, the preceding user turn, and limited character context for up to 180 days so the report can be reviewed. A report may lead to a character being hidden or an account being suspended.

Disclaimers

The service and its generated output are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the extent permitted by law, the operator disclaims all express and implied warranties, including accuracy, availability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Generated responses may be wrong, incomplete, or unsuitable for your circumstances.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost data, profits, or opportunities. The operator’s total liability for claims related to the service is limited to the amount you paid for the service during the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that applicable law does not allow us to limit.

Changes

The version date identifies the terms accepted for your account. Material changes will be presented for acceptance before they govern continued use.
